Wedding Wednesday- Etsy Finds

As I told you a few weeks ago, I've run out of DIY wedding projects to share! There were a few more things we made ourselves, like our programs and a few signs, but they are pretty self explanatory so I didn't feel they needed a tutorial. There were also some things that we decided to let other people DIY for us... There are lots of shops out there with tons of creative ideas! We actually made a lot of Etsy purchases for our wedding when we started running out of time for crafting! There are so many talented people on Etsy who create absolutely beautiful wedding items. Today, I'm sharing a few of my favorite Etsy wedding finds!!

Wedding Wednesday- Keepsake Garter

Today's Wedding Wednesday is going to a little bit different! For my last wedding DIY (don't worry, I have a few other wedding related things to share over the next couple of weeks), I'm sharing the garter I wore on my wedding day... but I'm going to let my mom share it with you! :)
When I was looking for a garter, I explored everywhere! I didn't like the ones I saw in bridal shops. They were too traditional for me. I ended up finding several on Etsy that I was in love with. I thought they were so beautiful, with lace and pretty chiffon flowers, but when I showed them to my mom, she didn't seem to like any of them! I was so confused because she had been on board with every one of my ideas throughout wedding planning, so I couldn't understand why she suddenly didn't like anything I liked! Eventually, I ordered one anyway. When it arrived, I showed it to my mom and she seemed pretty disinterested! Little did I know, she had her own plan up her sleeves!!!
