How to make a DIY pet bed

Hello, friends! Hope you're all having a great week so far! What an exciting Wednesday! Today I've partnered with nine other amazing DIY and decor bloggers to do The Great Crate Challenge! Each of us purchased the same exact crate from Michaels (you can find it here) and came up with a creative idea for repurposing the crates. 7 Beautiful Backyard Ponds

If you've been reading this blog for very long, you know we have lots of BIG plans for our yard! I've mentioned tearing out bushes, cutting down trees, repaving our patio, moving the shed, and building a pond as just some of our plans! We bought this house primarily for the outdoor space, so our priority is to make the yard how we want it. Yardwork takes time and planning though, so we've been chipping away at the to do list little by little. 
Today, I'm excited to say that we will finally be breaking ground on our pond this weekend! It's taken a lot of planning, and there are definitely a few details left to go, but we have some free time this weekend, so we're going to start digging and hopefully (fingers crossed!) have this project complete by October!

Wedding Wednesday- Birdcage Decor

Happy Wednesday, my friends! Today's wedding craft is super simple and a super quick post! Why? Because Wedding Wednesday is taking a short break next Wednesday for a super exciting project next week with a group of ten other fabulous bloggers, and I need to take advantage of being off work today to finish my project!!! Wine Cork Storage

Hello friends! Happy Friday!
Here's a little secret that many of you can probably relate to... As a crafter, I'm also somewhat of a hoarder! Shocking! An organized, OCD, repurposing hoarder. I save things. Lots of things. Because all of it can be made new somehow! Right?!
One of the things I save is wine corks. I don't know why. I just do. My husband and I have a thing for locally made wines, and I always keep the corks. Over the years, they've accumulated in a giant zip lock bag as well as in kitchen drawers. In my little craft-loving mind, I've always thought I would find something to make with them one day. 

Wedding Wednesday- Ring Bearer's Box

Happy Wednesday! Welcome back! This week I'm sharing a DIY box to hold your wedding rings. We wanted something more creative than the traditional ring bearer pillows so I came up with this box! I wasn't quite sure how it would work out, but once I saw the pictures after the wedding, I was so glad I made it! What a cute way to take ring shots! As the bride, you don't get to see everyone's walk down the aisle, but I also LOVE the photo of the ring bearer handing off the box to the best man.
